When I hire a service company to come to my home, the first question my wife asks me is “Are you going to be home?” I tend to be overly trusting when it comes to hiring a new service company. However, as a woman with young children, my wife has a different perspective.

Some times companies will have information about their employees online. If they don’t, you can ask specific questions about the service person they are sending to your home. They may just send the most qualified and friendly service employee to make sure you are satisfied.
